Job Description

THE POSITION:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to support the sourcing and selection of talent for full-time and part-time employees. This role is critical to the helping the organization attract the industries top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner is a pivotal role to helping all of our business units function at a high level from a talent perspective.

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrated ability to actively source non-exempt and exempt workforce and build talent pipelines, in healthcare, patient services, and pharmacy
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria prior to launching any search
  • Effectively and creatively manage the recruiting process to include sourcing, selection, offer negotiations and pre-hire onboarding in conjunction with the HR operations, for multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Demonstrate excellent phone and face-to-face interview skills and ability to assess the cultural fit and performance ability of candidates
  • Provide regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure transparency and timeliness throughout the entire recruitment process, including updating and distributing the weekly reporting and key metrics
  • Participate in new hire orientations as needed
  • Drive improvements in the attraction, screening and selection processes and demonstrate innovation related to how the organization can use new strategies and technologies while maintaining fiscal responsibility

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Continuously add high quality candidates to our Talent Pipeline through the use of social media, career boards and networking. Create and implement Talent Brand Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers through lead generation activities, email campaigns and cold calling
  • Manage the entire recruiting process to include sourcing, selection, offer negotiations and pre-hire onboarding for assigned business units
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders and Human Resources to facility the talent acquisition process
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
  • Provide regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the transparency and timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Actively participate in all talent acquisition related activities
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of sourcing strategies by attending educational workshops/conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  • Demonstrate innovation related to how the organization can take advantage of new sourcing strategies and talent acquisition solutions while maintaining fiscal responsibility
  • Deliver a level of service to candidates and managers that is consistent with the company’s brand, mission statement and talent philosophy
  • Improved quality of hire as measured by the retention of top performing employees that have come through the EVERSANA Recruitment team
  • Reductions of the cost-per-hire as measured by the cost of an internal client having to use “outsourced recruitment services”
  • Improvements in the time-to-hire and day open metrics
  • Prepare recruitment activity dashboards for your active requisitions as required
  • All other duties as assigned

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
• 40 Hours per week, onsite in Mason, OH

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required
  • Success in effectively dealing with all levels of the organization, from entry level to executive team
  • Experience with ATS Systems, preferable UKG, LinkedIn Recruiter and passive candidate sourcing systems
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • Experience recruiting life sciences or healthcare industries
