WHAT DOES A SR. TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIST DO?

The Technology Strategist is a highly skilled and visionary professional focused on understanding and analyzing the latest technology trends, identifying innovative solutions, and developing strategies to enhance marketing efforts. As a Technology Strategist, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership and driving innovation in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Your role will focus on developing cutting-edge strategies and creating exceptional omni-channel experiences for EVERSANA clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of marketing, technology, and data strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, data-driven experience, and the healthcare marketing industry, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership: Research emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing and healthcare and life science industry. Analyze market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and industry challenges to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, data analytics, and development, to define and execute solutions that align with the EVERSANA objectives and client goals.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies that leverage digital tools, platforms, and technologies to advance commercial marketing capabilities and drive measurable results.
  • Healthcare and Life Science Expertise: Deeply understand the nuances of the healthcare and life science industry, including regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security considerations.
  • Apply your expertise to develop strategies that address industry-specific challenges and opportunities while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Evaluate emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), blockchain, and real-time customer data platforms (CDP), to identify opportunities for integrating these technologies into digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and provide recommendations on their potential impact and application in the healthcare and life science sector.
  • Omni-channel Experiences: Develop strategies to create seamless omni-channel experiences, leveraging multiple digital channels, including web, mobile, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Optimize customer journeys to enhance engagement, personalization, and conversion rates.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and target audiences.
  • Translate client requirements into innovative technology solutions and strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on leveraging technology to achieve their marketing goals.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and success of marketing campaigns and technology initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies to drive better results.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Technology Strategist, Digital Strategist, or a similar role, preferably in a global digital marketing agency or healthcare-related organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies, trends, and platforms including expertise with Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and life science industry, including compliance requirements and privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative technology strategies that drive business growth.
  • Experience with omni-channel marketing and creating seamless customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential applications in the healthcare and life science sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $159,000 to $271,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
