As an EVERSANA INTOUCH intern, you’ll work on real projects with actual clients, so you can grow your enthusiasm and experience right along with us.

Each year, we bring in the best and the brightest for a 10-week intensive program. Our interns receive hands-on experience under the guidance and mentorship of their supervisor while taking part in a highly collaborative project with their fellow interns, where they solve a real business problem as a team. The 2023 internship program will be fully virtual and will run from June 5-August 11.

A day in the life of an Art Director Intern: 

Being restless with the ordinary and compelled by “Yeah, but what if?” — our big ideas transcend the task to give rise to work that’s as beautiful as it is strategic. And when our light bulb goes off, we’re blinding. Sound intimidating? It should. Because we can’t settle for anything less than fabulous. As an Art Director Intern, you will work closely with the Creative team to help us solve marketing problems through innovative and inspiring solutions. The result? A bright future. 

What you'll bring:

• Curiosity. You must have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge — of the problem, the solutions and our target — in order to sculpt the big ideas that drive action.

• Collaboration. You will work with a dozen different departments to make your message come to life across a multitude of digital channels. 
• Online portfolios and work samples are required with application.
