Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Consultant / Associate, Global Pricing and Market Access position will be responsible for delivering client consultancy projects and helping to manage project-related analytics. data and tools available through our industry planforms, Pricentric and PriceRight, and enriching them with tailored insight and custom research. the associate will ensure that client projects are delivered to schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations.

 

As a Consultant/Associate, you will support research and lead analysis focused on: pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTA, and more!

 

The resource should be expedited in leading and facilitating client analyses, identifying client needs & problems and implementing robust data-driven solutions, and managing the team’s workload to deliver the client deliverables.


The opportunity for growth and limitless! Effective Consultants / Associates will also contribute to business development through the development of proposals etc as we reach our quarterly revenue goals.

 

The role is remote-based, (full-time position), ideally located in Poland, Ireland, Switzerland, or the UK, but it could also be located in Spain, Portugal, Germany, or Italy.  The job holder must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or in the UK.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

  • Supports the design, development and delivery of client analyses & deliverables
  • Supports the development of client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to the client.
  • Provide follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions. You will have a solution-orientated approach and look to add client value wherever possible.
  • Supporting the development of intellectual property for use in future engagements
  • Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training
  • High attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, able to present information in compelling and creative ways (story telling through data, insights, effective slides).

CONSULTANT

  • Background in International Pharmaceutical Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modelling/forecasting a plus to effectively lead Global Market Access and Pricing projects for key clients.
  • Managing analyst teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client analyses & deliverables
  • Leads the development of client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to client. Provided follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions. You will have a solution-orientated approach and look to add client value wherever possible.
  • Experience using analogues and secondary data (eg clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes and raw pricing data) to inform global strategic pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies.
  • Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements
  • Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training
  • Identifying new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Identifies and generate leads, develops proposals, sales and marketing collateral as required.
  • Achieves organizations business development goals by leveraging your own client relationships to promote EVERSANA’s services and product offerings.
  • High attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, able to present information in compelling and creative ways (story telling through data, insights, effective slides).
  • Proven track record of publishing and presenting thought leadership

 

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Master's/Bachelors' degree in the relevant field of study is required.
  • For Associates +2 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience within market access, pricing & reimbursement
  • For Consultants + 3-4 years experience in above
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and own personal projects.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and accountability.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility in front of service clients at companies.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and the issues clients face in specific segments of responsibility
  • Working knowledge of the market research development process.
  • Quantitative and qualitative market research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to utilize large amounts of data and other types of information from multiple sources to complete a final analysis of a business question/situation and make recommendations.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate, Min + 1-year Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics, and modeling/forecasting a plus to effectively lead Global Market Access and Pricing projects for key clients within management consulting.
  • Consultant, Min + 3 years in above
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH).
  • One plus years of management consulting experience for an Associate and + 3 years for a Consultant
