Job Description

THE POSITION: 
This position is a financial support and insights role to the Professional Services business unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, creating and analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, tracking and reporting on key initiatives, and contributing to ad hoc requests as may be required by leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports
  • Developing strategies to improve margin
  • Tracking KPIs (ex. utilization & realization) and developing corrective action plans
  • Developing financial projections and building financial models
  • Performing research and analysis as required

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Education: B.A. / B.S. in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience and/or Training: 5+ years in a corporate finance analyst role
  • Technology/Equipment: Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as workforce management system

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: MBA or relevant Master’s degree
  • Experience and/or Training: Professional Services (Consulting) experience
  • Licenses/Certificates: CMA
  • Technology/Equipment: D365 Project Module
