Your Role
Data and AI are rapidly becoming core drivers of innovation, operational excellence, and business decision-making. To support clients in this transformation journey, Everience Benelux is expanding its Data & Analytics architecture practice with experienced Business Architects who can design and implement next-generation enterprise data and AI capabilities.
We are looking for professionals who combine strong business acumen with deep expertise in data, analytics, and AI technologies—and who enjoy translating complexity into practical, scalable solutions.
Your Impact
As a Business Architect within the Data & Analytics domain, you will:
- Define target architectures in collaboration with enterprise architects, domain architects, and business stakeholders
- Guide teams in adopting enterprise standards, modern technologies, and standardized architecture patterns
- Support delivery teams with a strong architectural vision, strategic roadmap, and governance approach
- Ensure data and AI solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business value creation
- Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology leadership teams
Areas of Specialization
Depending on your expertise and interests, you may contribute to one or more of the following domains:
AI-Ready Data & Data Product Automation
Focus on automating data product creation, transforming unstructured data into AI-ready assets, and enabling modern API-based and streaming architectures.
Data as a Product
Apply product thinking to enterprise data capabilities by improving discoverability, trust, governance, standardization, and accessibility of data products across organizations.
Advanced Analytics & AI Solutions
Design and scale reusable analytics solutions including machine learning, generative AI, knowledge graphs, and intelligent automation platforms. Support organizations in governing and operationalizing AI responsibly and effectively.
Leadership & Collaboration
As an Area Architect, you will:
- Coach and mentor solution architects and technical teams
- Align architectural roadmaps with strategic business objectives
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and client environments
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Data & Analytics ecosystem
- Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and collaboration
Example Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate architecture visions for enterprise data and AI platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design future-proof data ecosystems
- Define implementation standards and best practices for scalable data products
- Support enterprise-wide modernization initiatives involving AI and analytics
- Mentor architecture teams and contribute to capability development
Qualifications
We value integrity, curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset. In addition, you bring:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant roles, including at least 3 years in enterprise or business architecture within complex data & analytics environments
- Strong expertise in one or more of the specialization domains listed above
- Ability to think strategically in terms of business capabilities, value streams, and transformation goals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience influencing and engaging senior leadership, architects, and delivery teams
- A broad perspective with the ability to assess business and IT impacts of architectural decisions
- Leadership capabilities with experience coaching and guiding architecture teams
- Experience in complex, international, and multi-domain environments is considered a strong advantage
