You will work on a high‑end industrial production site specialized in luxury textile manufacturing.
The environment is production critical, where IT reliability and responsiveness are essential to support daily operations and business users.

Scope:

You will be fully on site, integrated into the local IT team, supporting production teams as well as office‑based staff working on the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support on site
• Support production IT systems and standard IT environments
• Troubleshoot incidents impacting production and operations
• Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and devices
• Support users in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage tickets, documentation, and basic IT procedures
• Contribute to service continuity and continuous improvement

Requirements :

• 4–6 years of experience in IT support / infrastructure / workplace roles
• Experience in an industrial or production environment is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of:
  • • Windows 10 / 11
    • Microsoft 365
    • Active Directory / Entra ID
• Hands‑on, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong team spirit and service mindset
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• French proficiency is required for on‑site collaboration
