Job Description

Since opening our Benelux office in 2022, Everience has grown rapidly and now counts a team of 80 consultants. As we are set to reach €10M in revenue by the end of 2027, and to support this continued expansion and reinforce our internal organisation, we are recruiting a Business Manager to strengthen our core team.

Reporting directly to the Benelux CEO, this role will be central in enhancing operational efficiency, optimising internal workflows, and contributing to higher satisfaction for both our clients and internal stakeholders. This strategic position plays a key part in supporting the company’s development and sustaining Everience’s high standards of performance.

Key Responsabilites:

  • Take ownership of and manage the client accounts assigned to you
  • Identify and acquire new clients and projects in Luxembourg, driving the full business development cycle.
  • Define and execute growth strategies for assigned territories to support sustainable business expansion.
  • Develop, structure and present commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing needs analysis, commercial negotiations, contractual elements, timelines and resource allocation.
  • Support service delivery by monitoring performance, planning activities, ensuring effective time management and contributing to the development of team members involved.
  • Manage financial aspects of client engagements, including invoicing accuracy and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
