Job Summary:

Engaging Career Coachs to contribute to a customer's project focused on enhancing professional and career development resources. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations with other professionals.
  2. Simulate common career coaching scenarios, including career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions.
  3. Provide practical, thoughtful, and helpful guidance based on real-world coaching experience.
  4. Demonstrate strong active listening, questioning, communication, and interpersonal skills throughout coaching conversations.
  5. Adapt conversations to different career goals, professional backgrounds, and individual needs.
  6. Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations are natural, professional, and representative of real career coaching interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or similar role.
  2. Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development preferred.
  3. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  4. Ability to conduct natural, engaging, and helpful one-on-one coaching conversations.
  5. Experience supporting individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions.
  6. Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.
