Requirements:

  •  Execute mass and individual payments through electronic transfers following established procedures.
  • Income and expense postings.
  • Review and update daily liquidity reports, validating the availability of funds for operations.
  • Maintain updated supporting documentation for internal and external audits. managing operational processes efficiently.
  • Provide funds validations for daily transaction execution, review of uncashed checks, stale checks and deposit management to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts to anticipate future cash needs, support in the bank reconciliation process and detect and report movements affecting Bank accounts.
  • Validate that requests are not duplicated and have not been handled previously.
  • Data entry in ERP
  • Ability to create unified and unique processes, from projects, billing and collection, fully digitized, showing capacity for projection and planning. 
  • Ideal knowledge and use of Odoo. 

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Accountant, business administrator or related
  • With at least 3 years of experience in multinational companies.
  • Knowledge of ERP for recording and processing information.
