Pastry Chef

Job Description

Due to expansion Eusebi’s are currently looking for pastry chef/baker in their offsite bakery. 

We produce all our cakes, savouries, desserts, sourdough focaccia here for our award-winning restaurant and deli.

This is a rare and excellent opportunity, and you will be working under a very passionate and one of Scotland’s head pastry chef from a strong hospitality background. 

To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years’ experience

The bakery operates on a 7-day basis. Current shift patterns are over 5 days and early starts.

Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience and be able to produce cakes, desserts and have decorating skills. 

We are looking for candidates who have 

  • Excellent pastry and decorating skills 
  • Knowledge of dough and shaping (not essential, but would be an advantage)
  • Are able to work to tight deadlines 
  • Can carry out physical work 
  • Work with a very happy team
  • Passionate about artisanal hand-crafted products

Salary will depend on experience but will be very rewarding for the right person and attitude.

Holidays 28 days per annum plus company pension and other side benefits.
