Description:

We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced assismanager to come and join our welcoming, fun and energetic team at our restaurant and deli in Glasgow's West end to support the owners.

Supporting the General Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • The day to day running of the restaurant and managing the floor 
  • Welcoming our local, regular and new guests in a warm friendly manner 
  • Sharing our infectious love of food with both the team and our customers 
  • Inspiring and motivating the team, keeping them engaged and energised 
  • Providing ongoing, interesting and innovative training to our new and existing staff 
  • Ensuring our high standards of delivering good fresh food and genuine friendly service are exceeded all of the time

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of shift lead, supervisor or management experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
  • Proven ability to lead a team and ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • It is vital that you have the ability to communicate well with your team and ensure that the existing expectations of them are maintain in your appointment. Being a small and established team ongoing training and development is required, so you need to be able to pass on your experience to the team.
