Job Description

• Monitor and maintain a record of client's Purchase Orders and Contracts for the assigned project/s and track its progress
• Matching of PO to its applicable contract and to its respective project to ensure proper tracking of PO progress during implementation
• Creating, monitoring and managing of the billing plan according to contract terms, conditions and project team's delivery plan
• Responsible for the monitoring and clearance of overdue unbilled AR
• Coordinating with implementation team/s and monitoring their delivery & service progress to ensure that commercial requirements as per contract are fulfilled and timely billed
• Assist in the clarification of billing/commercial issues internally and externally, and help in the negotiation and settlement disputes

• Set-up and monitor PO change workflow which will result in positive PO variation and to be able to track its status

• Monitoring of the Contract Fulfillment Risk Process by tracking and/or identifying risks in the project, and ensuring its progress from risk entry to mitigation and up to closure

• Monitor and ensure the completion of the last milestone of the delivery schedule/plan in the contract
• Provide inputs for contract evaluation and organize Contract Management Review
