- Responsible for Deployed Service or Service Expansion documentation,
which includes but is not limited to, process maps, work flows, Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP), Manuals, Job Aids and presentations
- Responsible to participate or lead Process Integration Testing (PIT),
User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and/or Day In The Life (DITL) activities
when new process functionality is deployed.
 - Responsible for training Master Data Analysts and Master Data Senior Analysts on master
data processes using global training material.
 - Responsible for implementation of global master data processes, change management
procedures, and service expansion transition procedures within the
Global Service Center
- Leads regional process improvement projects in collaboration with Master Data Global Process team.
 - Responsible for providing reporting and metrics
- Responsible for assessing master data change or transition impacts and requirements
- Responsible for coordination of master data change management and/or
transition processes, including working with master data owners to
review & approve change requests as well as notifying and
collaborating with impacted areas to execute the change management plan
or service expansion transition completion
