•         Ability to think logically and analyze application and business process requirements
•         Experience in IVR application development
•         Experience in GVP
•         Professional experience with VXML and hands on development experience with Nuance Development Framework
•         Understanding of the principles of IVR Voice User Interface design
•         Demonstrate effective communication (written and verbal)
•         Self-driven and be able to work with minimal supervision.
•         Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server installations and Administration
•         Experience with IIS Web Server, Apache Web Server, TomCat Web Server
•         Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
