Job Description

Technical/Functional Skills

:

·         Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
·         The full implementation and/or upgrade from legacy system to CRM 2011 experience.
·         Microsoft CRM 2011 configurations and customizations
·         Experience in architecting CRM 2011 server architecture for large enterprise deployments with respect to Multi-tenancy, IFD,  ADFS, Email Router, SharePoint Server and SQL Server 2008/2012
·         Experience with C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML Web Services and JavaScript
·         MS CRM Entity Data Model.
·         Good Knowledge of CRM Workflows, custom Workflow, Plug-ins and form based customizations.
·         Experience of integrating frameworks like Web services, SSIS

Roles & Responsibilities

:

·         Design and Implement Microsoft CRM 2011 configurations and customizations
·         Ability to consult on CRM Server architecture involving IFD, ADFS and SQL Server/SharePoint Server platforms and provide approach
·         Technical Lead for the MS CRM 2011 related module(s) within the project and work towards finding solutions independently
·         Design and develop integrations including CTI, Web Services based integrations.
·         Good written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
