Job Location: Chennai (SIPCOT IT Park Siruseri)

Description:

• Hands on experience with End-End IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of US geography and IT market
• Good understanding of IT Concetps and technologies
• Should have solid experience in using various job boards such as Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder etc..
• Strong knowledge on the Various Visa types in the USA
• Adpet in various Tax Terms in the USA (W2, 1099, C2C)
• Strong experience in Sourcing, Screening and Appropriate follow ups with the candidates and ability to maintain good hold with them
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to create / Maintain a pool of potential talents
• Ability to maintain a Database/ Tracker with the potential candidates
• Excellent Communication skills
• Must be willing to work in the Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST)
