Our projects span Germany, Spain, Namibia, Uruguay, Jordan, and beyond—covering stages from feasibility to construction and operation.

In this role, you will actively shape the financing and further development of sustainable projects:

• Bank Financing: Take responsibility for financing wind, solar, and Power-to-X projects, from creating presentations to the disbursement of funds.
• Investment Decisions: Prepare investment approvals and support the optimization of decision-making processes and capital allocations.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Coordinate M&A transactions, including due diligence phases and integration.
• Financial Evaluation: Develop and maintain models for economic evaluation and analyze financial scenarios.
• Budget Management: Create, review, and optimize budgets using financial and liquidity planning tools (currently C8 Cubeware).

You bring:

• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the energy sector or project finance.
• Strong knowledge of project finance and due diligence processes.
• Experience with project valuation, especially DCF, is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory and political frameworks in energy is desirable.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (VBA is a plus).
• Fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus).
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive for excellence.
