Job Description

About the Role

Must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and our client’s account procedures and managing priorities.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:
•Above average customer service skills
•Strong written and verbal skills with customers and co-workers
•Computer knowledge and Internet skills
•Strong time management skills are a must
•Friendly and energetic attitude
•Ability to navigate through multiple computer screens/tabs
•Quick learner who enjoys trouble shooting and problem solving skills
•Ability to work both as an individual and a team member





Desirable Skills:
•Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
•Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office
•At least 6 months call center experience preferred, but not required
•Variety of shifts available, must be available at least 1 weekend shift
•High School Diploma or equivalent
