I am looking for a reliable and talented Chef de Partie for well known Japanese restaurant.

We need a Chef de Partie who is ambitious and very hard working.

The restaurant is placed in a 5* Hotel and they give you a 40 hours contract..

The restaurant is fine dining so the Chef de Partie will have the opportunity to grow and progress their career further.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is also a team player, quick thinker and has experience in a fine dining restaurant already.

The new Chef de Partie will have:

• Experience fine dining.
• Love of Japanese cuisine
• Experience in running a section
• Good working ethic and integrity
• Ambition to grow and learn

In exchange we offer the new Chef de Partie:

• £25k total package including tips + bonuses
• 40 hours contract
• £12/h
• 5 out of 7 working days
• Continuous support from the team and the Exec Chef
