We're Hiring: HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager (Experienced)
Location: Greater Niagara Region | 💼 Full-Time
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commission

🔧 About the Role:
As an HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical solutions, product recommendations, and insights that drive value.
- Be empowered with a competitive base salary + uncapped commission, allowing you to control your earning potential.
- Work closely with our vendors and network of over 250 Profit Centres, representing industry-leading HVAC product lines.
👤 Who You Are:
- 5+ years of HVAC/Construction sales or account management experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer loyalty.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping others succeed.
- Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team-first, customer-centric environment.
