Job Description
Are you a driven individual looking to kickstart your career in strategic business development? Join our dynamic team in Sydney, Canada, as a Strategic Development Program Trainee! This comprehensive program offers an exciting opportunity to learn every aspect of our business operations while developing your professional skills.
- Progress through a multi-phased training program covering various business functions
- Learn about warehouse logistics, including product knowledge and sales support
- Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and order management
- Develop skills in inside sales and project management for large-scale initiatives
- Explore outside sales and account management, including business development and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand different aspects of the business
- Assist in inventory management, pricing controls, and financial statement analysis
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous learning and development activities
- Apply analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications
- College or University degree an asset
