Grande Prairie Bath & Kitchen Showroom focuses on high quality bath and kitchen plumbing products, residential lighting and custom cabinetry. We are proud to work alongside Grande Prairie’s Home Builders as well as Designers, Renovators, Plumbers, and home owners.
Job Description
Our luxurious showroom is looking for someone who is genuine, patient and creative. A result oriented, self-starter, who will identify client needs and provide solutions. Someone who has exceptional verbal communication and time management skills, can build strong relationships and will serve our clients with integrity.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service as you assist our clients in the decision, purchase, and follow up of their bath, kitchen and lighting needs. You will be accountable for client quotations, product sourcing and general customer service. Relationship building is the key to your success as you will be required to work with the homebuyer, homebuilder, contractor as well as other members of the Emco team.
You will represent The Ensuite in a professional manor as upholding our core values and ethics is of the utmost importance to us.
Qualifications
We are looking for
· Strong customer focus and relationship skills
· Grade 12 education
· Excellent math skills
· High energy with strong communication skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office software
· Previous experience in sales and marketing, home construction, plumbing industry or designing would be an asset but not required
