Responsibilities

  • You will predominately be a project manager within this role; however, you will finally have the impact of influencing design and spec!
  • Develop customer relationships by ensuring expectations are met, issues are resolved, and satisfaction is guaranteed
  • Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with customers
  • Maintain thorough understanding of products, services and features in order to meet customer needs

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or sales; plumbing, kitchen or bathroom showroom sales preferred
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Project management excellence.
  • Active listening and guided sales experience.
  • Relationship building skills are essential both internally and externally. 
  • Problem solving through working smarter not harder.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and our CSR software.
  • Goal orientated with the desire to win.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold in the plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showrooms
