Job Description

As a Brand Services and Programs Coordinator, you will manage administrative functions for strategic relationships between EMCO, our vendors and top customers. You will be responsible for meeting client expectations set forth by Eastern HVAC Regional Manager and will have significant client interaction. You will collaborate with all levels of the EMCO Team on new opportunities and process recommendations while delivering an excellent client experience throughout the entire order and account management cycle.
 

Working alongside a proven team of industry experts, you will support delivery of product-based solutions to premier clients in the HVAC industry. Utilizing our integrated CRM/Order Management platform, you will be responsible for handling client requests, and execution of programs while also managing vendor relationships. You will also participate in Vendor and Company strategy and regular meetings to evaluate customer experience, contribute to marketing plans, content generation and workflow efficiency.

Primary Duties:

  • Liaison between EMCO, our customers and strategic vendors to capitalize program offerings to grow our market share in Ontario
  • Co-ordinate and manage marketing accruals, rebates and spiff programs for both dealers and EMCO in Ontario
  • Preparation & audit of sell through reports to ensure EMCO captures all vendor incentives
  • Process and Submit Distributor Support Funds and Dealer Loyalty Claims online
  • Manage annual marketing programs and budgets for Ontario Profit Centres and distribute EMCO earned Vendor support funds via rebate automation
  • Report to Regional Manager and Management Team on overall programs and specific projects on a pre- determined schedule
  • Maintain on-going status report of all current jobs/projects and be able to clearly communicate active and accurate statuses of each order
  • Organize and execute events such as an Annual Dealer Meeting
  • Assist dealers in tracking lead generation of online based customer impressions

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel etc.) and comfortable communicating in a professional manner to all types of clients and partners
  • Creative mindset able to contribute ideas to Customers, EMCO teammates and articulate concepts for new processes

  • Post secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the job duties as outlined
