Job Description

The Warehouse Admin Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations and overall organization of our Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables at local location level.

  • Analyze daily reports for the locations AP/AR Mismatches
  • Analyze daily reports for the locations inventory receiving errors
  • Balancing and clearing invoices from our vendor partners
  • Balance POS machines and cash at EOD
  • Daily bank run
  • General Administration (maintaining office supplies, filing etc.)
  • Organize and maintain returned merchandise from customers to vendors
  • Monitor and organize outstanding purchase orders with vendors
  • Assist sales team with data extraction where needed
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College/University degree an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as keyholder
  • Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process tasks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate math skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
