Job Description

The role of a sales support is to work in collaboration with the sales team and to meet the needs of the customers. You will join a team that works together to create a great experience for our customers.

For the candidate, this position allows them to work on incredible projects, to participate in events, trips and trainings to always stay up to date with new developments and technologies.

Qualifications

• Create technical and photo documents

• Monitoring of lead times with our suppliers

• Customer Support

• Receptionist support

• Keep up to date with new products and services (training)

• Demonstrate curiosity and interest in finding solutions

• Contribute to a positive work environment based on teamwork

 

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual French / English

• Team spirit and good attitude

• Passionate about customer service

• Active listening to fully understand the needs of the sales consultant and the customer

• Versatility and resourcefulness

• Be autonomous and know how to take initiative

• Know how to manage priorities and have an ability to adapt, manage your time well

• Be comfortable with the Microsoft office suite

Additional Information

• 40 hours per week; from Monday to Friday
