The Sales Data Coordinator supports the administrative, data entry, and support functions of ELLKAY’s Sales team primarily by effectively managing sales data in Salesforce.com and ELLKAY’s proprietary project management portal. Data entry is all about speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. The Coordinator will be responsible for entering sales lead and project information into multiple databases for effective transition to the Sales, Project, and Sales Operations teams.
- Manage data entry into Salesforce.com and proprietary order entry system.
- Quick typing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with superb time-management and organizational skills.
- Effectively collaborate with Sales and Operations teams.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a benefit.
This is a full-time, onsite position at our HQ currently located in Elmwood Park, NJ. Remote work is not available.
