Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Coral Springs, Florida. This role is key to identifying and onboarding the best talent to maintain and enhance the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for security positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job requirements and company culture.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Leverage social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to expand the talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in recruitment for the security industry.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the security or service industry.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting recruitment goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and social media platforms.

Additional Information

Annual Salary
$50,000.00 to $60,000.00
