Job Description
15 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial/ Aerospace High Bay Construction Projects and Five (5) years as a Sr. Construction Project Manager. Must be experienced in leading field staff project team, Lean Construction/Pull Plans, proficient with Reading Drawings, Writing subcontracts, Project Buyout, Change Order Management, Processing Submittals/RFIs, expediting submittals, material/equipment, procurement and working with Project Superintendent. Prior experience with Procore is essential. Also must be proficient in Bluebeam, Excel and MS Office and MS Project Scheduling.

Additional Information
Base Salary - USD $130,000 to $150,000
