eJoventut is a junior consultancy association managed by ESADE Business School students, which aims to create a bridge between the academic world and the real companies.

Created as a non-profit association in 1985 in Barcelona, the mission of the junior enterprise is to give ESADE students the possibility of working in consultancy projects, in order for them to develop their skills, to put into practice what they have been learning at school and to have a first contact with the business world; as well as to provide companies an innovative and young reality with the rigor and the methodology of ESADE.

The Innovation Quest (also referred as IQ) is a case competition organised by eJoventut, ESADE's junior enterprise. The IQ consists of a 4-day competition between college BBA and MSc Students who will work in teams to propose innovative solutions to real cases of the participant companies.

Moreover, the event offers the opportunity to attend conferences and workshops about innovation and entrepreneurship and to teambuilding activities as well, not to mention the added value of Barcelona’s life and business culture.

Regarding our Mission we want to keep promoting the personal and professional development of our students through real consultancy projects in the fourth edition of our event.

Emphasizing our lemma “learning by doing” we pretend to connect the real Businesses World with the Fresh Ideas of the future consultants from all around the world.
