Job Description
We are recruiting for multiple software developer/engineering openings specializing in Object Oriented Programming Systems. These openings are for full-time hourly W2 employment with benefits, vacation pay and generous pay increases.
eIntern associates are trained on specialized enterprise-level technologies and assigned work assignments supporting projects eIntern has been contracted to complete for large companies.
eIntern has been appraised at CMMI Level 3 and is an Equal Employment Opportunity company.
Job Requirements
• Programming experience with C++, C#, Java or Microsoft.NET or any other OO programming language.
• Proficient in SQL
• Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to comprehend complex programming and data structures
• Team player, self-motivated and eager to learn; must be able to work and contribute to a group
• Strong passion to learn new technologies is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in IT/STEM-related field)

Hiring Process
• You will be scheduled for an interview (technical phone screen, in-office or on-campus).
• You may request study materials to study prior to your technical interview that covers topics eIntern expects potential new hires to know at a minimum. It is highly advisable to study the materials prior to your interview.
• If it's determined that you have the aptitude to be a software developer, you will receive an offer to join the team! This offer may be presented prior to your graduate, but is contingent on you graduating.
• After accepting an offer, you'll complete training at our headquarters in Reston, VA (we provide relocation assistance and housing accommodations) where you'll train on enterprise-level technologies.
• After completing the training, you’ll be assigned to a work assignment as part of a software development team anywhere from junior to mid-level, depending on your competency level. You will also have a mentor to assist you on your work and ensure technical skill progress throughout your employment.
