Position Overview
We are looking for a QA / Test / Business Analyst to join our team and work on projects within the Salesforce Ecosystem. The role combines business analysis, functional testing, and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and deliver a high-quality user experience.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in QA, software testing, business analysis, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience working within a CRM, SaaS, or Salesforce environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create test cases, scenarios, and defect reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
• Knowledge of Salesforce functionality and ecosystem is an advantage.
• Technical knowledge, including familiarity with APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, or basic development concepts, is a strong advantage.

Languages

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with clients, business users, and project teams to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Prepare user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in workshops, requirement reviews, and solution discussions.
• Support the team in identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

QA & Testing

• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and follow up on defects through resolution.
• Validate that Salesforce solutions meet agreed business and functional requirements.
• Support UAT activities and assist clients/users during testing phases.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered solutions.

Project & Client Collaboration

• Work closely with Salesforce consultants, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide clear updates on testing and business analysis activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Support project delivery by identifying issues early and proactively proposing solutions.
