Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Lead to join our Lebanon Business Unit. This position blends strategic marketing consulting with hands-on leadership. You will advise clients on marketing strategy—particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)—while also leading our internal marketing team to drive performance, innovation, and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer with deep industry insight, especially in FMCG, B2C, or digital transformation sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or brand communication.
- Experience in client-facing roles or consultancy is highly preferred.
- Prior exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven success in team and project management.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- FMCG or retail industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.

Additional Information
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Advisory
- Act as a functional advisor to clients on marketing strategy, journey design, and customer engagement using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (training provided if needed).
- Lead discovery sessions to identify business goals, pain points, and customer journey opportunities.
- Advise on best practices in customer segmentation, personalization, content strategy, campaign planning, and performance KPIs.
- Bring industry-specific insights—particularly from FMCG, B2C, or retail—to influence strategic direction.
- Translate marketing goals into actionable SFMC journeys and campaigns, in collaboration with technical teams.
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Oversee and manage Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, content, and data teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
Performance & Innovation
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics, drawing insights to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Apply creative problem-solving to address evolving client and business needs.
