We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in software development to lead projects that drive business value for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of our practice. 

• Provide expertise on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Write clean, high-quality, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Develop and support software, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards.
• Support testing and deployment of new products and features.
• Offer expertise in areas such as software architecture and technical solutions to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to align project goals.
• Lead client missions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as a reference in your field of expertise for consultants and managers.
• Conduct internal training sessions to enhance team skills.
• Pursue ongoing knowledge and build expertise in Salesforce and related technologies.
• Participate in the recruitment process and assist in onboarding future employees.
• Advise and lead teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Apply methodologies tailored to meet client expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Over 5 years of experience in software development
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Microsoft Dynamics
• Knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Effective time management and estimation abilities
• Project management experience (tools and methodologies)

• Willingness to travel for business projects
