Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced ICV Runset Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and at least 3 years of experience, with 2 years in physical verification activities. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of Runset (deck) structure and strong scripting skills in Tcl, Perl, Python, and other programming languages. A solid understanding of layout rules, device identification concepts, and foundry rules is required, along with a preference for extensive knowledge of ICV / Calibre / PVS / Hercules syntax and semantics, or similar verification tools. Strong knowledge of Synopsys tools is required, with Cadence tools knowledge being a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are also a must. Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of experience developing and supporting physical verification activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Runsets (deck) structure.
  • Knowledge of SVRF and TVF is a plus.
  • Solid scripting knowledge in Tcl, Perl, Python, and other programming languages, both inside and outside of EDA tools.
  • Solid knowledge of layout rules and concepts, device identification concepts, and foundry rules.
  • Prefer extensive knowledge of ICV / Calibre / PVS / Hercules syntax and semantics, or similar verification tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Synopsys tools, Cadence tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate and optimize Runsets from CALIBRE (SVRF) to ICV for both DRC and LVS.
  • Verify and optimize rule decks after translation.
  • Develop rule decks as needed to support the flow.
  • Support the Quality Assurance of translated Runsets.
  • Ensure Runsets meet industry standards and customer specifications.
