Job Description

We are actively searching for an exceptional Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is characterized by their meticulous attention to detail, unwavering reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness. Possessing the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Armenian
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Package
  • Strong drafting, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Communicative and punctual with a responsible and flexible attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated capacity to work confidentially with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Primary face behind the front reception desk of our office, greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive, offering a hospitable, warm, and contemporary experience
  • Create and manage various records, both paper and electronic
  • Translate office documents and interpret business correspondence
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor visitor logbook, may issue employee badges and assist with parking validations)
  • Handle daily correspondence
  • Throughout the day, straighten and stock conference rooms and maintain common areas
  • Manage telephone calls for supervisors
  • Coordinate and register visits and meetings
  • Order office supplies, and ensure timely delivery
  • Address emergencies and notify relevant parties promptly
