Key tasks and responsibilities
- Designs, develops, tests and maintains functional requirements for existing Operational CRM application
- Provides maintenance of existing live application, by contributing to investigating and resolving incidents 
- Contributes to implementing new features required by business users
- Will work under occasional pressure by following established course of action 
- Participates in code reviews, provides and accepts constructive feedback
- Focuses on results while following established processes 

Qualification and competencies
Mandatory:
- Familiarity with Java Enterprise Edition (servlets, web applications, n-tier architectures, web services, deployment, etc.) 
- Hands on experience with Relational Databases and SQL – preferred Oracle Databases and PL/SQL 
- Familiarity with Java Server Faces 
- Familiarity with Design Patterns and Best Practices
- Experience with SVN (branching, merging, tracking code changes)
- Good customer facing skills and fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Positive, “can do” attitude

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with RichFaces 
- Familiarity with Maven 
- Familiarity with JUnit 
- Knowledge of Russian
- Experience in Level 3 support (processes and SLAs) and direct interaction with customer
