Company Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager capable of leading the overall marketing strategy, driving B2B lead generation, and overseeing the creation of high-quality visual content, while ensuring a clear return on advertising investments. 

Job Description

Main Responsibilities 

1. Strategy & Marketing Leadership 

● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives: growth, brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. 

● Define performance indicators (CAC, MQL, ROI, web engagement, conversion). 

● Build a clear and measurable media plan: budget allocation, forecasted returns, dashboards. 

● Work closely with the Finance Department to justify every dollar invested with tangible results. 

 2. Acquisition & Performance 

● Design and manage Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including tracking, targeting, and ongoing optimization. 

● Implement complete conversion funnels (landing pages, nurturing, HubSpot workflows). 

● Oversee lead qualification with the Sales Department and measure the marketing-to-sales conversion rate. 

● Support the Sales team with HubSpot Sequences creation. 

● Foster a culture of continuous experimentation (A/B testing, UX optimization, budget adjustments per channel based on performance). 

3. Visual Creation & Content 

● Supervise art direction and multimedia content production: images, videos, case studies, testimonials, newsletters, etc. 

● Be able to personally create or edit professional visuals (Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, After Effects, Premiere). 

● Maintain brand consistency across all media (web, social networks, events, print). 

● Coordinate external providers or creators when necessary, ensuring quality and consistency of the final deliverable. 

4. Website & Digital Tools 

● Manage the update and evolution of the website (Webflow), with solid knowledge of CSS/HTML to modify or create modules. 

● Develop high-performing landing pages linked to acquisition campaigns. 

● Ensure light maintenance, SEO, technical performance, and HubSpot form integrations. 

● Measure website impact on conversion and user behavior (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar). 

5. Analysis & Reporting 

● Set up automated dashboards (HubSpot, Google Data Studio, Looker). 

● Produce concise monthly reports on overall and channel performance. 

● Identify improvement levers and recommend corrective actions. 

● Provide management with a clear vision of ROI and 6–12 month projections. 

Qualifications

Profile Sought 

● 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a tech SME, SaaS, or digital agency. 

● Strong command of HubSpot, Webflow, Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Data Studio

● Solid understanding of design, visual storytelling, and branding

● Ability to plan, execute, and measure autonomously. 

● Analytical, creative, and results-driven mindset. 

● Strong interest in proptech, immersive technologies, or interactive 3D

Objectives After 6 Months 

● Profitable and recurring marketing campaigns with a measurable acquisition cost. 

● High-performing website aligned with the content strategy. 

● Qualified lead pipeline primarily generated through marketing. 

● Strong and coherent LinkedIn presence. 

● Quarterly reports demonstrating the marketing team’s direct contribution to sales. 

Bonus Skills 

● Motion design tools (After Effects, CapCut Pro, Runway). 

● Advanced Webflow (animations, interactions, CMS collections). 

● Automation between HubSpot, Google Ads, and CRM. 

● Experience in an international or multilingual environment (FR/EN).
