Job Description

Are you organised, detail-driven, and a great communicator? We’re hiring a Compliance Co-ordinator — a key role ensuring Torness station meets all Site Licence and Statutory requirements.

In this vital position, you'll lead compliance monitoring and reporting across online and outage activities, liaising with internal departments and external bodies. You'll support safety and environmental regulation adherence, manage maintenance schedules and critical documentation, and work to tight deadlines while flagging potential risks to nuclear safety. Who You Are

Candidates should hold a relevant HNC or equivalent qualification and ideally have broad plant knowledge with an understanding of operational and maintenance constraints, preferably in power station environments although relevant experience in technical, operational, or engineering roles from other high-hazard industries will be considered. The role ideally requires familiarity with nuclear and conventional plant systems, site licence conditions, and associated legislation. You’ll need to analyse complex information under pressure, apply Human Performance tools effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft applications and other relevant asset management systems.

Pay, Benefits & Culture

The salary range associated with this role is between £45,641 - £95,993 however the starting salary

for this appointment will be within the range of £45,641 - £81,263 and you’ll be appointed based on the parameters outlined in the Company Agreement as well as your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications. Please be aware this is a full time, site-based role.
