We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support our activities across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional with up to 2 years of experience who wants to grow in a global digital marketing team.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads, Email Marketing).

  • Support SEO activities, content creation, and localization for blogs, social media, and newsletters.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team and local stakeholders.

 Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Social Ads, SEO basics, and Google Analytics/GA4.

  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).

  • Native speaker in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese (European).

  • If not a native speaker of Portuguese, a minimum C1 level in European Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.

  • Good command of English.

 Location & Work Model

  • Hybrid/remote role based in Italy or Spain.

  • Local employment contract according to the country of residence.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Native speaker in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese (European).
  • If not a native speaker of Portuguese, a minimum C1 level in European Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or relevant projects considered)
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles
  • Strong content creation skills, particularly in Portuguese
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, especially Google Analytics
  • Understanding of Portuguese-speaking markets and cultural nuances
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in Italy  (EU citizenship or valid work permit required)

Additional Information

Nice to Have

  • Initial knowledge of HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Automation).

  • Previous internship or junior experience in a digital marketing role.
