Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and effectively presenting the value of EV Reach solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services that exceed client expectations 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their IT management challenges and business objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to clients. 

- Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and pain points. Propose tailored solutions that align with clients' needs, showcasing the unique value and benefits of EV Reach products and services. 

- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' IT environments, assess technical requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions to address their specific challenges. 

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Reachs product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and use cases to clients. 

- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of Reachs solutions. 

- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and post-sale support. 

Qualifications

- Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, with a focus on IT management solutions. 

- Basic Understanding of IT management concepts, software, and systems. 

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships built on trust and credibility. 

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. 

- Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management. 

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
