Job Description

  • Manage license renewals of existing clients
  • Invoice clients
  • Onboard new clients by creating their accounts and providing license information
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts including licenses, software expiration dates, and customer contact information
  • Route incoming calls or chats
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Identify opportunities to upsell licenses
  • Perform other administrative support duties as required

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer support experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment
