Job Description

The IT Administrator will manage EAC’s technology infrastructure. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintain our enterprise systems.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Monitoring, maintaining and supporting users of all enterprise systems
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures for system optimization
  • Create, maintain and update documentation of processes, procedures and configurations
  • Developing data storage, retrieval and recovery procedures
  • Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
  • Providing IT support
    • Troubleshoot computer problems as needed
    • Install and update software and hardware as needed
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Monitor security certificates and licensing requirements
  • Monitor/maintain company compliance of industry and security standards
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating IT hardware and software
  • Assist with or manage purchase of hardware, software and other IT inventory
  • Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades
