Walk alongside people on their recovery journey. Empower hope, resilience, and independence.
We’re seeking a compassionate and courageous Psychosocial Recovery Coach to support NDIS participants living with psychosocial disability. This is more than a support role – it’s an opportunity to be a trusted ally, mentor, and guide as people work towards wellbeing, connection, and self‑determination.

Your role, your impact
As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. You will build strong, recovery‑enabling relationships that empower people to identify their goals, strengthen their capacity, and take greater control of their lives.

Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and the broader service system, you’ll help identify, plan, design, and coordinate NDIS supports that address the complexity of day‑to‑day living while promoting independence, social participation, and economic inclusion.

You’ll draw on your lived or learned experience to coach individuals through challenges, celebrate their strengths, and connect them with the right supports to bring their NDIS plans to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting participants to design and implement personalised recovery plans
  • Coaching individuals to build motivation, confidence, strengths, and decision‑making skills
  • Navigating complex systems and coordinating supports across the NDIS and community services
  • Working collaboratively with families, carers, and service providers to ensure holistic, person‑centred support
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with NDIA requirements

About you

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or equivalent, or have 2+ years’ experience in a mental health support role
  • Are confident in engaging with individuals, families, and service providers
