• Write code as per the architecture that was decided.
• Write code as per the design that was decided.
• Perform self review of the code.
• Comment the code.
• Save code in version repository.
• Finish assigned task on time and on budget.
• Attend technical etc trainings as organized by company.
• Upgrade knowledge in the technical area and demonstrate.
• Ensure timely timesheet submission.
• Provide correct delivery dates of your work to project owner.
• Achieve team satisfaction of minimum 3 out of 5 ranking in 360 feedback.

• Go beyond job hours to meet deadlines and resolve customer complaints.
• Follow company policies and processes such as leaves, attendance etc.

• Cooperate with other work in company such as ISO, CMM etc.

• Must have- 1+ Yr experience in PHP or Ruby on Rails, OOPS, MySQL, HTML, Java Script.
• Nice to have- HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, REST, JSON, XML, Zend, Cake PHP, Yii.
• Nice to have- Social Media Integration, Facebook open graph API, Cloud environments.
• Nice to have- Open Source CMS, Ecommerce and CRM customization experience.
• Nice to have- Cross platform mobile app development using Phonegap.
