We’re looking for a full-time or part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team! We’re in need of a hands-on, solution-oriented, and driven person who can wear multiple hats. Job Description
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account (exhibitors)
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Identify areas for improvement to meet customers satisfaction
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings
Qualifications
Advanced German is a must (English and Polish are nice to have)
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Verbal and written communication skills
Very good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Apps
Knowledge/interest in e-commerce and tech is a plus!

Partially remote work is possible after the onboarding process is completed
