We’re looking for a full-time or part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team! We’re in need of a hands-on, solution-oriented, and driven person who can wear multiple hats. Job Description

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account (exhibitors)

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Identify areas for improvement to meet customers satisfaction 

  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings

Qualifications

  • Advanced German is a must (English and Polish are nice to have)

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Very good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Apps

  • Knowledge/interest in e-commerce and tech is a plus!
