Job Description

This role supports growth objectives in Dynatrace’s Japan business by planning and delivering demand generation and awareness programs designed to acquire prospects and advance existing enterprise opportunities. The position aligns and collaborates closely with our sales, global marketing, partner, and SDR teams.

This is the right role for an experienced marketer excited by the prospect of experimenting, learning, iterating, and growing.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Japan sales team to plan and implement marketing campaigns to meet awareness, opportunity, and pipeline goals
  • Manage, end-to-end marketing programs, from strategy and design through execution and reporting
  • Collaborate with APAC and worldwide marketing teams to deliver campaigns that delight current and future customers
  • Develop account-based strategies including identifying strategic target accounts and delivery of relevant programs to build pipeline and win deals 
  • Manage English to Japanese content localisation utilising global vendor and process; content includes website updates, marketing collateral, campaign materials, and more 
  • Guide local deployment of global campaigns including assessing content relevance and managing review of localised materials
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise, enable, and deploy campaigns on local channels (e.g. Google search, paid social), ensuring programs are optimised for the Japan market
  • Work with customers to increase the voice of the customer and raise awareness and credibility of the Dynatrace platform in solving business challenges 
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and hyperscalers to drive joint business objectives
  • Be a passionate social and digital brand ambassador who champions Dynatrace and its customers

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of enterprise marketing experience in Japan; strong preference for SaaS and B2B experience
  • Experience creating and executing enterprise-focused programs with a strong customer focus to drive measurable engagement and pipeline growth
  • Data-driven marketing approach: analysing data, deriving insights, and defining appropriate actions
  • Experience managing all aspects of marketing including planning, audience acquisition, pipeline creation, digital programs, partner marketing, events (digital and physical), reporting, as well as agency and budget management
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, preferably Marketo
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills and high attention to detail – artfully managing multiple programs to deadlines and budget
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver programs that drive results
  • Being collaborative with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, SaaS technology environment
  • Fluency in English
  • University degree in marketing, business, or communications
