This outstanding business is part of an award winning group in South Derbyshire. Working with a range of blue chip house builders across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for an Architectural Technologist which is basically a Detailer / AutoCad Designer. Ideally with roof truss/timber experience to provide essential support to the design department and prepare roof panel drawing packs for approval and manufacture. Strong AutoCad and excellent communication skills essential. This position will also be responsible for liaising with both Customers and Production to maintain a steady and accurate flow of information in a reasonable time frame. This is a live role - Start Dec or Jan !

Who are we looking for?

• This position would suit an experienced AutoCad Designer ideally with a good technical knowledge of construction details to bring projects from conception via design stages to construction.
• Good technical skills are essential, and project running experience in the UK and the ability to represent the company with clients.
• Ideally you would have at least 3 years UK experience and be proficient in AutoCad / HSBCAD. 
• We are looking for someone who fits into our friendly, fast paced culture, and someone who isn’t afraid to take on responsibility. You will work alongside our established Design team who will be fantastic mentors for the right candidate.
