Job Description
We are after a HIGH preforming AFTERMARKET MANAGER for 5 sites in Victoria. Uncapped earnings!
- This is a standalone role responsible for sales generation through the proactive sale of aftercare products
- Fast paced high preforming sites with huge earning potential, experience is necessary
- Volume dealerships that you will be selling to all leads from salespeople
- Reporting to management and striving for targets
- Selling all protection products, auto electrical devices and scratch and dent memberships

This role will see you:
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities across new and pre-owned sales channels to increase product penetration
- Lead and mentor sales teams to elevate aftermarket conversion and product awareness
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer journey from initial engagement through to post-delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in customer relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction and ongoing engagement across the full customer journey.
- Ensure best practice across processes, compliance and service delivery to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have:
- Proven success in aftermarket/aftercare sales within the automotive industry (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multi-site operations autonomously
- A highly adaptable communicator and strong interpersonal skills capable of influencing diverse teams and dealership environments
- Strong understanding of commercial drivers of the business, including gross profit, margins and conversion metrics
- Advanced capability across CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking
- Willingness to travel between multiple dealerships sites across Victoria
- Availability to work a 5-day roster, including Saturdays
